LabCo Inspection Services is locally owned and operated in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

There are a few features that set LabCo apart from other inspection companies. Lee’s experience as a Real Estate Agent before training as a Home Inspector gives him a customer service advantage, understanding how to help the Agent make a smooth transaction while relating to Buyers and Sellers. Marvin’s experience as a general contractor and knowledge of buildings, as well as customer service training, combine to give Agents and their clients the information they need for purchase decisions.

LabCo also uses the latest in infrared thermal imaging. The use of this technology provides a way for us to capture images that would otherwise go unnoticed. We see things like cold spots behind walls, hot spots in electrical panels, leaks under the sink, and damp basement concerns.
